Bill Gates Cambridge Scholarship Programme for Postgraduate 2022

The program was started in the year 2000 by the donation of sum of $210 Million Dollar from Bill and Melinda Gate to the University of Cambridge, United Kingdom. Gates Cambridge Scholarship Programme is now on for International students willing to study post graduate subject offered by University of Cambridge.

80 fully funded scholarships are made available yearly for student from other countries (i.e student from Outside United Kingdom) to study in the University of Cambridge.

It is good news for candidates seeking financial assistance to cover all or part of their studies in one of the IHE Delft programmes or courses as the applications for Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation Scholarships 2022-2023 now open. Interested and eligible candidates across the globe are welcome to apply for the funding opportunity to study in Netherlands.

For the academic year 2022-2023 there will be scholarships available from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, which cover approximately 50% (€17,500) of the total cost of the programme.

Eligibility:

You can apply for a Gates Cambridge Scholarship if you are:

a citizen of any country outside the United Kingdom
applying to study one of the following full-time courses at the University of Cambridge: PhD, MSc/MLitt, One year postgraduate course (with some exceptions – see below)
Courses which are NOT eligible for Gates Cambridge Scholarships:
Any Undergraduate degree such as BA (undergraduate) or BA affiliated (a second BA)
Master of Business (MBA)
Master of Finance (MFin)
PGCE
MBBChir Clinical Studies
MD Doctor of Medicine degree (6 years, part-time)
Graduate Course in Medicine (A101)
Part-time degrees
Non-degree courses

Selection criteria

Selection will furthermore be based on your motivation which you need to present in the application form when you submit your online application. It is therefore of utmost importance to pay additional attention to the motivation questions.
Applicants whose motivation has the best fit with the programme objectives will pass to the next stage of selection (interview).
At least half of the scholarships will be awarded to female candidates.
